Adam Rawson: Described as “London’s Hottest Young Chef” by the Evening Standard, Adam Rawson has spent over a decade cooking in the UK and trained under some of the world’s most prestigious chefs including Nuno Mendes, Claude Bosi and Gordon Ramsay.
Description: Part of his "Global Traveller" series, Sakura is inspired by Rawson's recent time in Japan. It features izakaya-style dishes designed for sharing.
Tickets: Tickets are £40 and include a 12-course tasting menu. A reduced, 9-course menu is available on Thursdays. Akashi-Tai sake, cocktails, wines and beers will be available to buy as flights and by the glass on the night.
