I’ve always enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. Spending hours in my grandmother’s kitchen, sneaking my fingers in the sauce pan and watching her making a whole symphony from a humble potato. “The secret is love and patience” she said… not to mention butter!
In 2017, I had the chance to join the Borough Wines team in London, and it all started from there. I was impressed by the diversity of the wine range and seduced by the philosophy behind it. It’s a vision of wine with a deep humility and recognition for the earth, where by it’s not the winemaker but the generosity of the land which is placed upfront.
This great experience in the shops and in the wholesale department made me feel that I wanted to move forward into the Hospitality industry. It’s been a year since I became a Junior Sommelier at Spring (Somerset House) and passed my WSET. Everyday is a celebration of life, helping people connect through amazing wines and sincere cuisine, thanks to our beloved and inspiring leader, Skye Gyngell.
Now I’m ready to pour you a glass of this entertaining blend made of knowledge and enthusiasm: the Radio Vine Project!
