Producer Information: Originally farming cereal and poultry on their Chablis farm, the Millet family switched to wine production in 1980. The 13 ha estate is run by Baudouin Millet, whose father purchased it in 1964.
Tasting Note: An open and very aromatic nose with fresh pear and apple fruit notes. Round, yet mineral and fresh in the mouth, with a lingering finish that is very pleasingly and rich.
