As recommended by Matthew Jukes in the Daily Mail weekend, 8 September 2018: This is beautiful high altitude Spanish white, made from the Xarel.lo grape, which is usually used for sparkling wines. The result is a seriously zesty and perky white with a haunting, green apple skin nose and a long, lithe finish.
