Producer Information: Château d’Aydie’s 58ha of vineyards lie in the heart of France’s South West. When Frédéric Laplace inherited the family estate (dating back to 1759), he was determined to pioneer the revival of the historic Madiran and Pacherenc appellations.
Tasting Note: The nose is powerful and complex, with notes of lemon and grapefruit and nuances of honey and vanilla. Full and rich on the palate, but complemented with lively acidity the finish is long and aromatic with almond notes.
