Producer Information: Serge, Julien and Thomas came together in 2014 to produce something special. Julien keeps working hard to make sure the vines bring out their best while Serge and Thomas bring a wealth of expertise when it comes to blending finished wines.
Tasting Note: Very expressive nose of blackcurrant, plum, and black cherry which follows on the palate. Tasting brings spice and chewy, well managed tannins. This will work really well with any number of lamb or pork dishes.
