Spain | Galicia | Baixa Sirena : Albariño 2019

Overlooking the sea with a plate of fish caught from the sea next to where this wine is made in the Noth west of Spain is where we should be drinking this wine. This region of Galicia, where a lot of sea food is exported worldwide, make us remember our motto – where it grows together, goes together! The Andres Sisters make Baixa Sirena from a puzzle of scattered plots in the Salnes Valley, in front of the Atlantic. Each plot is different and unique but they are all influenced by the ocean and the varying altitudes and environments of their vines. It has a fine lemony colour. A nose that is like sea breeze, with saline notes, with a citrus background.
