Originally farming cereal and poultry on their Chablis farm, the Millet family switched to wine production in 1980. The 13 ha estate is run by Baudouin Millet, whose father purchased it in 1964.

Tasting notes :
This wine comes from the chardonnay grape variety. Its a bright yellow colour is pleasant to the eye and presses a greddy side. The nose is very aromatic. In Mouth, this white burgundy is generous, fruity notes wrap the mouth.

Wine pairing :
This wine is ideal as an aperitif acompanied by a board of charcuterie or cheese (Comté and goat cheese), but will also go well with seafood and fish. Aperitif, seafood, papillote or fish skewer, grilled white meet, goat cheese and comté cheese.

Serve at 11-13C.
