STEP 1: PROVENCE
ROSÉ | Château Gairoird Rosé, Côtes de Provence 2019
Cinsault | 12.5% | ORGANIC & SUSTAINABLE
A classic Provence rosé, deep salmon pink in colour with full-flavoured yet nicely balanced savoury
fruit – very much a food rosé. Well-suited to a wide range of dishes, crab fritters, tuna tartare, grilled salmon, linguine with tomato and olive sauce. In the 45 hectare vineyard just outside the village of Cuers, Olivier Duffort makes organic wines on typical Provence terroir; well draining, stony limestone-clay soil – gravoches – perfect for classic Provence rosé.

STEP 2: RHONE
RED | Roche-Audran: CDR Tradition Red 2017
Grenache, Syrah, Carignan | 13.% | BIODYNAMIC
The winery works in accordance with cosmic rhythms more commonly known as Biodynamic principles. This is to encourage natural and environmental harmony. This is powerful and spicy, with layers of black fruit, cacao and oak, which unfold onto a richly textured palate, with more black fruit and oak spice. The wine is full-bodied, with firm tannins and a long finish.

STEP 3: LANGUEDOC
WHITE | Maison 54: Terret Blanc 2017
If you are a Picpoul lover you will love it, as it comes from the same region. Terret Blanc is an ancient white grape variety indigenous Zesty and vibrant, with subtle notes of citrus, white peach and a touch of aniseed, it has excellent aromatic intensity and an almost briny freshness.

STEP 4 : ROUSSILLON
ROSÉ | Famille Dornier: Tram 2019 | Grenache Noir, Syrah | 12.5% | ORGANIC
From a sublimated territory between land, sea and wind this rosé is made with low sulphites and with a particular attention to organic farming techniques. Light and refreshing with hints of lavender and unripe red fruit. Tram is actually the name given to the wind that blows through this region, that keeps the grapes healthy, but the cycling hard!

STEP 5: BORDEAUX
Limé Rosé | Vignobles Ducourt: Limé Rosé
A dreamy and refreshing aperitif made with a subtle blend between a Bordeaux Rosé wine with aromas and notes of red fruits and a touch of fizz. Perfect refreshment for your cycle ride!

STEP 6: BORDEAUX
RED | Chateau Forge Celeste: Saint-Emilion 2018 | Merlot, Cabernet | 13% | ORGANIC & VEGAN & NATURAL
Château Forge Celeste is harvested naturally, according to processes that respect the time and diversity of nature. Without vinification sulfites, this high purity wine reveals all the benefits of its organic heritage during tasting. This quality is due to the demands of wine growers, who have been rewarded with the most stringent “Organic Wine” label. This great wine of Saint-Emilion, whose behaviour pays tribute to the region, illustrates the perfect balance between vines with 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 100% organic wine without sulfites.

STEP 7 : MUSCADET LOIRE
WHITE | Domaine Derame: Muscadet Sur Lie La Morandière 2018 | 12%
A classic Loire white with fresh citrusy aromas and fine minerality, along with a pleasant richness from extensive lees ageing and a gentle spritz on the tongue. A perfect match for shellfish.

STEP 8: LOIRE
RED | VBG: Saumur Champigny 2017 | Cabernet Franc | 12.50%
From Les Athlètes du Vin, this wine has a dark red colour with purplish hues. Intense and complex aromas of ripe red fruits on the nose. Supple and round on the palate.

STEP 9 : SANCERRE LOIRE
RED | Vignobles Dauny: Sancerre Rouge Pynoz 2018 | Pinot Noir | 13.50% | ORGANIC & VEGAN
The Dauny family is an old “vigneronne” family, cultivating the vine on the famous limestone slopes of Champtin since 1683. The twelfth generation is gradually transitioning to the thirteenth generation. One change they made in 1964 to improve soil fertility for future generations was converting the entire vineyard to “Biological Agriculture” meaning all aspects of the vine and production are certified Organic. Completely delicious and fresh this terroir expression from the valley is both refreshingly sharp and soft with notes of raspberries.

STEP 10: BEAUJOLAIS
RED | Fleurie Les Moriers 2015 | Gamay | 12.5%
A fresh and floral wine with subtle hints of spice, violet, cherries and raspberries. It was finished in oak, not to add oaky flavours but to soften the texture. Now on the mature side, it displays wonderful farmyard notes and layers of complexity.

STEP 11: ALSACE
WHITE | Riesling Cave Orschewiller 2017 | 12%
This white wine from Alsace is bursting with vibrant citrus fruit notes, kept in check by well-balanced acidity – it’s a classic aromatic Alsace Riesling! The Orschwiller-Kintzheim winery formed in 1957 as a small group and evolved to involve a cooperative of wine growers passionate about sustainable viticulture. Located in the heart of Alsace the vineyards benefit from good sun exposure and offer a diversity of soils, where the grapes can grow ideally for the development of aromas. Dry, refreshing and harmonious like a day peddling in the sun.

STEP 12: CHAMPAGNE
SPARKLING | Bourgeois Diaz: Champagne 3C | Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay | 12% | BIODYNAMIC
Biodynamic grower’s Champagne from an up-and-coming young winemaker on the family’s Marne Valley estate. It boasts an expressive nose, with notes of nuts and fresh almonds. Well-balanced, with delicate bubbles and a soft freshness on the finish.
