A classic Provence rosé, deep salmon pink in colour with full-flavoured yet nicely balanced savoury
fruit – very much a food rosé. Well-suited to a wide range of dishes, crab fritters, tuna tartare, grilled salmon, linguine with tomato and olive sauce. In the 45 hectare vineyard just outside the village of Cuers, Olivier Duffort makes organic wines on typical Provence terroir; well draining, stony limestone-clay soil – gravoches – perfect for classic Provence rosé.

This is powerful and spicy, with layers of black fruit, cacao and oak, which unfold onto a richly textured palate, with more black fruit and oak spice. The wine is full-bodied, with firm tannins and a long finish.
STEP 3: LANGUEDOC
WHITE | Maison 54: Terret Blanc 2017
If you are a Picpoul lover you will love it, as it comes from the same region. Terret Blanc is an ancient white grape variety indigenous Zesty and vibrant, with subtle notes of citrus, white peach and a touch of aniseed, it has excellent aromatic intensity and an almost briny freshness.

This quality is due to the demands of wine growers, who have been rewarded with the most stringent “Organic Wine” label. This great wine of Saint-Emilion, whose behaviour pays tribute to the region, illustrates the perfect balance between vines with 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 100% organic wine without sulfites.

From Les Athlètes du Vin, this wine has a dark red colour with purplish hues. Intense and complex aromas of ripe red fruits on the nose. Supple and round on the palate.
STEP 9 : SANCERRE LOIRE
RED | Vignobles Dauny: Sancerre Rouge Pynoz 2018 | Pinot Noir | 13.50% | ORGANIC & VEGAN
The Dauny family is an old “vigneronne” family, cultivating the vine on the famous limestone slopes of Champtin since 1683. The twelfth generation is gradually transitioning to the thirteenth generation. One change they made in 1964 to improve soil fertility for future generations was converting the entire vineyard to “Biological Agriculture” meaning all aspects of the vine and production are certified Organic. Completely delicious and fresh this terroir expression from the valley is both refreshingly sharp and soft with notes of raspberries.
STEP 10: BEAUJOLAIS
RED | Fleurie Les Moriers 2015 | Gamay | 12.5%

STEP 11: ALSACE
WHITE | Riesling Cave Orschewiller 2017 | 12%
This white wine from Alsace is bursting with vibrant citrus fruit notes, kept in check by well-balanced acidity – it’s a classic aromatic Alsace Riesling!
