GRAPE VARIETY
100% Pinot Noir

VINIFICATION PROCESS
Fermentation is carried out in a thermo-regu-lated stainless-steel vat. Maturing is then carried out in oak barrels for 12 months.

TASTING
The Colour is ruby red with garnet reflections. The nose is marked by aromas of black fruits such as blackberries and morello, as well as spicy notes of black pepper. On the palate the attack is fleshy and dense, the tannins are subtle We find black fruits with blackberry, black pepper and toasted bread.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING
Ronde de Nuit goes well with tapas or a lamb chop. It also goes well with a blue-veined cheese such as gorgonzola.
